Q: What is your payment policy?
Accommodation payment will be debited by High Mountains Motor Inn any time within 48 hours of your arriving time from
the credit card that provided to guarantee your reservation. Please make sure to have sufficient fund on your credit
card that to cover your total payment. Please settle your breakfast payment prior or upon check-in and pay phone usage
and mini bar consumption before check-out.if leaving early, you can leave the right money and key in room.
We accept cash,bank transfer,Eftpos and all major credit cards.There is a 3% surcharge if paid by Amex and Diners cards.
We also take Australian dollars travellers cheques. We do not accept cheques as an on the spot payment.

Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm however if your room is ready you are able to check in before 2.00pm (Fees will be
applies at $10.00 per hour).

Q: What is the Latest I can Check-out?
A: Standard check-out time is 10am any time after 10am will be charged at $10.00 per hour.however it depends on our
vailibility.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you plan to arrive after 8p.m.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time 2 pm or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show will incur the first night charge.
Group Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: The Group Booking Policy applies to groups of 5 or more people. For groups under 5 people, please refer to the Short Term Booking Terms & Conditions. 2.10% deposit (no-refundable) of total booking amount to be paid to secure all those rooms. one weeks prior to the date of arrival, High Mountains Motor Inn requires 100% is paid.3.There will be no refunds for changes or cancellations made within 1 week of date of arrival. If the group booking is cancelled during this time, the full payment will be forfeited.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?

Q: Do you have off street parking?
A: Yes, one parking space for each room.

Q: Is pet allowed in guest room.
A: No, All pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms, with the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, extra
cleaning fee applies.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at High Mountains Motor Inn are non-smoking.a fee of $200.00 will be charged against your credit card if you smoke in the room.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No, there are numerous restaurants in Blackheath.
Also a short walk or drive to the Blackheath village where there are two pubs , Chinese, Thai, Pizza and Australia restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, room service breakfast is available(Surcharge applies) .

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, wireless internet is available.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a Pergola with BBQ facilities, also tables and chairs.

Q: Do you have a Kitchenette ?
A: Yes, there is Shared guest Kitchen available for every guest to access.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes (about 900 meters) by car to the main street in Blackheath which has many cafes and stores as well as IGA
supermarket on the Great Western Hwy.
Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, only in our Deluxe rooms.
